水涝胁迫对不同种源青冈栎幼苗叶绿素含量和抗氧化酶活性的影响

         

摘要

A comparative study was conducted of one-year-old Cyclobalanopsis glauca seedling from Guangxi,Anhui,Hunan 3 different provenances and the response of their inner physiological characters to wet damage stress and flooding stress.Tbe result show as follow:(1)All provenances Cyclobalanopsis glauca show significant responses difference to water-logging stress (wet damage treatment and flooding treatment);with the aggravation of wet damage stress the chlorophyll content constantly increased,but it decrease with flooding stress;Under flooding stress treatment the content of MDA are much higher than wet damage stress treatment which is the same with 3 provenances Cyclobalanopsis glauca,and the difference become more and more significant with the increase of the test days;While SOD activity and POD activity are increased under the 2 stress treatment,but the growth rate was difference;Under the flooding stress treatment the SOD activity of 3 provenances Cyclobalanopsis glauca seedling are all much higher than the wet damage stress treatment,while it adverse to POD activity;under the wet damage stress treatment the POD activity of Hunan and Anhui provenances Cyclobalanopsis glauca seedling are much higher than the flooding stress treatment,but the Guangxi provenances Cyclobalanopsis glauca didn't show significant difference.(2) The result also show significant responses difference among 3 provenances Cyclobalanopsis glauca seedling to water-logging stress,Hunan provenances Cyclobalanopsis glauca seedling is the optimum seedling in water-logging resistance,it has optimum SOD and POD activity,optimum chlorophyll content in the wet damage stress treatment,while it has the minimum content of MDA in the flooding stress treatment.(3) The correlation analysis of four physiological and biochemical indexes of Cyclobalanopsis glauca seedlings from different provenances show that there was a significant negative correlation between chlorophyll content and MDA content at 0.01 level,while also show significant negative correlation between POD activity and MDA content at 0.05 level.The SOD activity and POD activity are significantly correlated at 0.01 level.%以广西、安徽、湖南3个青冈栎种源1年生幼苗为研究对象,开展其叶绿素含量、MDA含量及抗氧化酶SOD和POD活性对不同程度水涝胁迫(湿害胁迫和淹水胁迫)的响应研究.结果表明:(1)青冈栎幼苗对湿害胁迫和淹水胁迫响应具有显著差异,且种源之间应对不同处理响应趋势基本一致;在湿害胁迫下3个不同种源青冈栎幼苗的叶绿素含量均呈上升趋势,而在淹水胁迫下均呈现下降趋势;3个种源青冈栎在淹水胁迫下的MDA含量均要显著高于湿害胁迫和对照组;SOD、POD活性在湿害处理和淹水处理都呈上升趋势,淹水处理下3个种源SOD活性均要显著高于湿害处理;POD活性则与SOD相反,湿害处理下湖南和安徽种源的青冈栎POD活性要显著高于淹水处理,广西种源的青冈栎在两种处理下差异不明显. (2)不同种源青冈栎之间对水涝胁迫响应差异显著,综合4项指标其中湖南种源的青冈栎幼苗在抵抗水涝胁迫表现最佳,在湿害胁迫处理下具有最高的叶绿素含量,最高的POD活性,较高的SOD活性,以及在淹水胁迫处理下具有最低的MDA含量.(3)将淹水胁迫下发生变化的生理生化指标进行相关性分析,结果表明不同处理下叶绿素含量与MDA含量在0.01水平上呈极显著负相关,POD活性与MDA含量在0.05水平上呈显著负相关,而SOD活性与POD活性在0.01水平上呈极显著正相关.
