Objective;To investigate relationship between body mass index and uric acid in health examination persons with different insulin level. Methods;The serum concentration of uric acid were measured in 1936 health examination persons. The clinical characteristics were analyzed according body mass index and insulin level. Results;The serum concentration of uric acid and body mass index were higher in high level insulin group than normal level insulin group. The serum concentration of uric acid were higher accompany increasing of body mass index in both groups. After analysis of pearson correlation, body mass index positively correlated with the the serum concentration of uric acid. The multiple linear regression models revealed body mass index closely correlated with the serum concentration of uric acid in both high level insulin group and normal level insulin group. The serum concentration of uric acid closely correlated with the serum concentration of Cr and TC. Conclusion;The serum concentration of uric acid increased along with body mass index in health examination persons with different insulin level.%目的:研究体检人群不同胰岛素水平体质量指数与血尿酸水平的关系.方法:体检者共1936例,根据不同胰岛素水平(胰岛素水平正常及胰岛素增高)分析体质量指数(正常组、超质量组和肥胖组)与血尿酸水平的关系.结果:胰岛素水平增高组的血尿酸水平和体质量指数显著高于正常胰岛素水平组.2组中血尿酸水平均随体质量指数的增高而增高.Pearson相关分析,体质量指数与血尿酸水平呈正相关.多元线性回归显示全部人群中,无论胰岛素水平正常组还是胰岛素水平增高组,体质量指数与血尿酸水平显著相关;血尿酸水平还与肌酐、三酰甘油水平显著相关.结论:不同胰岛素水平组随体质量指数增高血尿酸水平明显增加.
