杭州凤凰山麓老虎洞窑出土瓷片的工艺研究

摘要

研究了新近发现的杭州凤凰山麓万松岭附近老虎洞窑南宋及元代堆积层出土瓷片的化学组成、显微结构及工艺基础，解释了南宋官窑瓷釉玉质感的形成机理.将所得老虎洞窑瓷片胎釉的化学组成数据与乌龟山郊坛下官窑、万松岭附近地面收集、所谓传世哥窑和元大都出土哥窑型瓷片的数据进行多元统计分析处理，并对其显微结构进行比较，从而指出老虎洞窑南宋堆积层很可能就是修内司官窑，并进一步推论所谓传世哥窑和元大都哥窑型瓷很可能就是老虎洞窑在元代时烧制的制品.因此可以说《坦斋笔衡》所记载的两个南宋官窑都已发现，而且也为所谓传世哥窑和元大都哥窑型瓷提出了烧制窑址的建议.%Research on chemical composition, microstructure and technical basis of the sherds excavat-ed in the Southern Song and Yuan strata of Laohudong Kiln recently found near Wansongling at thefoot of Fenghuangshan Hill in Hangzhou has been conducted. The mechanism of forming jade-like ap-pearance has been explained. The derived chemical composition data for the bodies and glazes of thesherds from Laohudong Kiln and those of the sherds of Jiaotanxia Guan wares, the sherds collected onthe ground near Wansongling and the sherds of the so-called handed down Ge ware and Ge ware typeporcelain excavated in Yuandadu were processed by correspondence analysis. A comparison amongtheir microstructures was made. It is shown that the Southern Song stratum of Laohudong Kiln maybe Xiuneisi Guan wares and it is further deduced that the so-called Ge ware type porcelain may be theproducts fired at Laohudong Kiln in Yuan period. Therefore, the two Southern Song Guan Kilnsrecorded in a book “Tan Zhai Bi Heng” have all been found. The suggestion about kiln site where theso-called handed down Ge ware and Ge ware type porcelain of Yuandadu were fired has also been putforward.
