安徽省能源强度影响因素分析

摘要

At present, it is fundamental to reduce the energy intensity. On the basis of the panel data model, an analysis is made of the factors affecting the energy intensity in Anhui Province by means of the test of stationarity and that of co-integration. The result shows that the intensity is reduced due to the progress in science and technology, upgrade of industrial structure and increase of direct investment by foreigners, whereas it is increased by the development of economy. In particular, the upgrade of industrial structure plays an important role in affecting the energy intensity. Finally, some countermeasures are proposed to reduce the intensity, such as improvement of energy efficiency, change of developmental directions, etc.%降低能源强度是当前发展经济的基本要求。文章通过平稳性检验和协整检验，并基于面板数据模型对安徽省能源强度的影响因素进行了定量分析。结果表明，科技进步、产业结构升级和增加外商直接投资有效地降低了安徽省的能源强度，而经济水平的增长则提高了能源强度，其中产业结构升级的影响程度最大。对此有针对性地提出了提高能源效率、转变发展方式、增加科技投入、调整产业结构、扩大对外开放等一系列降低安徽省能源强度的政策建议。
