组织微阵列方法检测let-7b在乳腺癌组织中的表达

摘要

目的:探讨let-7b在乳腺癌组织中的表达.方法:建立组织微阵列,应用原位分子杂交检测80例人乳腺癌组织和22例乳腺良性病变组织中let-7b的表达.结果:乳腺癌组织中let-7b阳性率为35.0%,低于乳腺良性病变组织中的59.1%(P<0.05).结论:let-7b低表达可以促进乳腺癌的发生、发展.%Objective:To investigate the expression of let-7b in breast cancer. Methods:Using tissue microarray platform and applying in situ molecular hybridization technique for detecting the expression of let-7b in 80 cases of human breast cancer, 22 cases of benign breast disease. Results:The positive rates of let-7b was 35. 0% in the breast cancer, it was lower than 59. 1% in the benign breast disease ( P ＜ 0. 05 ) . Conclusions: Down-regulation of let-7b expression might play a role in the pathogenesis and progression of breast cancer.
