高职院校志愿服务德育功能探析--以北京劳动保障职业学院为例

摘要

In recent years,volunteer service activity has been in the stage of rapid rise and vigorous de-velopment in China,more and more young college students have devoted voluntarily their knowledge,skills and talents to it to give others free service.While,with the help of their outstanding technology literacy, higher vocational college students are playing an irreplaceable important role in it.The volunteer service in higher vocational college should make efforts to enhance the professional level,focus on the development of characteristics of voluntary service projects, work together to create a brand and strengthen the management and training of volunteers.Besides,during the process of volunteer service,the students must accept subtle moral education.%近年来，志愿服务活动在我国迅速兴起、蓬勃发展，越来越多的青年大学生投身其中，自愿贡献自己的知识、技能和才智，为他人提供无偿服务。这其中，高职院校的大学生凭借其突出的技能素养，发挥着不可替代的重要作用。高职院校志愿服务要努力提升专业化水平，注重开发特色志愿服务项目，合力打造活动品牌，加强对志愿者的管理和培训，在志愿服务过程中，让学生接受潜移默化的品德教育。
