沼气微型燃气轮机热力循环特性的仿真模拟

         

摘要

To promote r&d of biogas equipment,with the help of Aspen PLUS software,thermo-dynamic cycle models for the recuperate cycle and external combustion cycle of biogas micro-gas turbine are established respectively.The gas turbine system is influenced by the following factors:the supercharging ratioπ,the turbine pre-temperature T3,the inlet air temperature and the turbine outlet pressure.The effect of these factors on gas turbine system characteristics is an-alyzed.Based on the analyses,the value of the supercharging ratio for 100 kW externally fired micro gas turbine is given,which can be a reference to the overall design of 100 kW biogas micro-gas turbine.Comparing the characteristics of two different thermodynamic cycles,it is found that the external combustion cycle is easier to match the design of the regenerator,and under the condition of the same turbine pre-temperature and low supercharging ratio,the thermal efficiency of the external combustion cycle machine is higher than that of recuperate cycle machine.%针对沼气设备的研发,基于 Aspen PLUS分别建立了回热式和外燃式热力循环模型,研究了增压比π、涡轮前温度T3、压气机进口空气温度和涡轮出口压力对系统特性的影响,100 kW级沼气燃气轮机的增压比选取值为其总体设计提供了参考.通过对比2种热力循环的特性发现,外燃式热力循环更易于回热器的匹配设计,同等涡轮前温度和低增压比的条件下,外燃式整机热效率略优于回热式.
