能力为本的高职《小组工作》教学研究和探索

摘要

The capacity-based higher vocational teaching of “group work” is based on the theory of capacity-based higher vocational education. In the teaching process, we should clarify teaching objectives based on professional abilities, design teaching content based on working process, use task-driving-oriented teaching methods, construct the teaching mode of “teaching, learning and practicing”, and use process assessment, to establish a scientific teaching system and achieve the professional and vocational teaching goal of higher vocational “group work”.%能力为本的高职《小组工作》教学，是以能力为本的高职教育思想为理论依据，在教学工作中明确以职业能力为中心的教学目标，设计以工作过程为基础的教学内容，运用以任务驱动为导向的教学方法，构建以教学做一体化为指导的教学模式，实施以过程化考核为原则的考核方式，从而建立一个科学的课程教学体系，实现高职《小组工作》课程专业性和职业性的教学目标。
