为促进离校未就业高校毕业生就业，通过实证调查分析可知，公共就业服务部门、高校、就业服务人员须协同做好就业服务工作，才能取得良好成效。公共就业服务部门加强数据调研、组织建设，提高服务能力；高校创新就业服务方式、重视师资与设备建设，提升就业服务的有效性；就业服务人员通过培训、交流、自主学习等方式提高就业服务能力，加强与用人单位合作，为离校未就业高校毕业生提供培训、见习、实习帮扶。%To promote the employment of the college graduates who are not employed,the public employ-ment service departments,colleges and universities as well as the vocational guidance personnel need to col-laborate.Firstly,the public employment service departments should consolidate data researches and organi-zation construction as well as improving service ability;secondly,the colleges should innovate the way of career guidance and pay attention to the construction of the teaching staff and equipments;thirdly,the voca-tional guidance personnel should enhance vocational service ability through training,communication and self-study;fourthly,the public employment service departments,colleges and universities as well as the vo-cational guidance personnel should establish relationships with employers as much as possible so as to help the graduates with training,noviciating and practicing.
