急性心肌梗死患者康复期心脏康复随访对患者依从性及康复效果的影响

摘要

目的:探讨急性心肌梗死(acute myocardial infarction,AMI)患者康复期心脏康复(cardiac rehabilitation,CR)随访对患者依从性及康复效果的影响.方法:160例AMI患者随机分为对照组与观察组各80例,对照组仅进行常规出院康复指导及不定期电话随访,观察组采取院外自助式CR及紧密的电话随访,6个月后比较两组的用药依从性及康复效果.结果:观察组依从性优于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组血脂、血糖达标率、左心室功能、心绞痛发作次数均优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:加强AMI患者的CR随访,可提高患者的依从性,改善患者的预后,值得推广.%Objective:To discuss the effect of follow-up on compliance and rehabilitation effect of patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI)during cardiac rehabilitation (CR)period.Methods:160 cases of AMI patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,80 cases in each group.The patients in control group received routine discharge guidance and irregular telephone follow-up and those in observation group were given out-of-hospital self-service CR and close telephone follow-up.After 6 months,medication compliance and rehabilitation effect were compared between the two groups.Results:The medication compliance in observation group was better than that in control group(P＜0.05).The blood lipid,blood sugar target rate,left ventricular function and angina attack frequency in observation group were better than those in control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The strengthening of CR follow-up for AMI patients can improve the patient's compliance and improve their prognosis and it is worth promoting.
