建国以来农村社会保障体系变迁——以辽宁省鞍山市千山区宁远镇新堡村为例

This article shows the main contents of the rural security system in the different historical period since the founding of the New China,analyses the function and effect of the rural grassroots organizations in the process of construction of social security system,clarifys the main path of perfecting the rural social security system during the new era,through going to the Xinpu village of Ningyuan town Anshan city Liaoning province for reseraching and combing the related files.%本文通过对辽宁省鞍山市千山区宁远镇新堡村实地调研,梳理相关档案,展现建国以来中国农村保障体系在各历史时期的主要内容,分析农村基层组织在构建社会保障体系过程中的职能与影响,阐明新时期完善农村社会保障体系的主要路径。
