两步四段教学法在高校公体武术套路课中的应用研究

摘要

The two step four stage teaching method is a traditional teaching of martial arts and modern physical education in school teaching method to combine and form a new teaching method.Practice has proved,its application in collegiate Wushu routine teaching,can improve the teaching effect of the course,so that no public body based on the martial arts students in the short term to understand Wushu moves and skills,master the martial arts action or change,improve public martial arts students consciousness,promote its martial arts action as soon as possible,and the formation of personal style.%两步四段教学法是民间武术传统教法与现代学校体育教学法相结合而形成的一种新型教学方法。实践证明,将其应用于高校公体武术套路课教学,能够有效提高课程教学效果,使没有武术基础的公体学生在短期内理解武术套路中的招式和技击方法,掌握武术套路动作的虚实变化,提高公体学生武术意识,促进其武术套路动作范型化,并尽快形成个人风格。
