完善社区矫正检察监督工作之建议

摘要

社区矫正自试行至今已经取得了显著的成绩，有效地避免了监禁刑的弊端，但在社区矫正具体实施过程中也存在一些问题。对社区矫正工作，除了通过加强自身建设以外，也要加强外在监督，主要是检察监督，所以，有必要针对社区矫正检察监督实施的具体情况，分析其存在的问题，提出相应的完善建议。%Community correction has already made significant progress since on a trial basis, and effectively avoided the disadvantages of imprisonment. However, it still exist some problems in the concrete implementation process. To community correction, it is expected to strengthen the construction of its own as well as the external prosecutorial supervision. Therefore, the article hereby takes a probe into the specific condition of the prosecuto-rial supervision and the implementation of community correction, analyzes its existing problems, and puts forward corresponding suggestion to perfect it.
