提取分离工艺对白头翁皂苷的影响

摘要

To study extraction and separation technology of pulchinenoside, pulsatillae was extracted by different abstraction technologyies. Pulchinenoside B4 content and yield were detected by HPLC and HPTLC. The results showed that technology Ⅱ is better than technology 1. Pulchinenoside B4 with high yield can be obtained by this technology Ⅱ and Pulchinenoside B4 was concentrated in n -butanol part. This research provides a test basis for B4 separation and purification.%优选最佳白头翁皂苷B4提取与分离工艺。本试验采用不同萃取工艺分离白头翁皂苷；采用高效薄层色谱法、高效液相色谱法，通过比较得率、白头翁皂苷B4含量等，考察提取分离工艺对白头翁皂苷的影响。结果：工艺Ⅱ优于工艺I。工艺Ⅱ不仅提取得率高，且皂苷B4集中在正丁醇部分。本项研究对白头翁皂苷提取分离工艺的选用提供了试验依据。
