九华山拥有独特的自然和文化资源，旅游业发展态势良好，但也受到缺少总体发展规划、管理体制矛盾、消费结构欠合理、发展不平衡、国内外经济形势、政策变化、经济周期波动等因素影响，通过分析有针对性地提出了制定科学发展规划、提高政府部门宏观管理能力、树立“大旅游”意识，建立“大九华”旅游理念、完善交通网络建设、旅游项目向深层次拓展、服务好个人、家庭旅游消费市场、掌握经济周期性规律，化危为机等对策。%Jiuhua Mountain has unique nature and culture resources and its tourism industry grows well,but is al-so affected by the unfavorable factors such as the lacking of overall plan,the management system of contradic-tions,the unreasonable consumption structure,the disparate development,the economic situation at home and a-broad,the policy change and economic cyclical changes,etc. By analysing these factors we raise contrapuntally the ways to deal with them,for instance,to make scientific development plan,improve the ability of marco man-agement of the government,set up the awareness of flourish tourism,establish the prosperous Jiuhua concept, improve the traffic network construction,expand the tourism market,master the law of economic cycle,take a turn for the better and be out of danger,etc.
