基于CLUE-S模型的区域土地利用布局优化

         

摘要

随着城市的经济发展与环境的变化,土地的合理布局与保护显得尤为重要.本文根据滁州市的地形特点,对现状布局的不合理分布进行相关调整,利用Logistic回归方法,求取不同用地类型的回归系数,最后以布局规则为依据进行空间模拟,从而模拟出目标年优化后的土地利用布局.结果表明,在基本单元为150 m*150 m的栅格水平上,Kappa值为0.871,说明CLUE-S模型能够成功模拟区域土地利用空间布局,且具有较高的模拟精度;优化之后的2020年滁州市土地利用布局显得更加合理.%With the development of city economy and the change of environment, the reasonable layout and protection of land is very important.As the terrain features of Chuzhou, this paper makes relative adjustment to the distribution of the current situation.Then obtain different types of land use regression coefficient by the Logistic Regression method.Finally, space simulation is carried out based on the layout rules, which can be used to predict the land use layout.The results show that: in the basic unit of the grid level of 150 m*150 m.Kappa value is 0.871.It shows that the CLUE-S model can successfully simulate the spatial distribution of land use in the region, and has higher simulation accuracy.After the optimization of the land use in Chuzhou city in 2020 is more reasonable.
