[Objective]To investigate the antioxidant effect of Physalis alkekengi extracts to the rats with high fat diet. [Method]50 Wistar rate were randomly and equally divided into five groups (control group,high fat group,low-dose Physalis alkekengi extracts group,medium-dose Physalis alkekengi extracts group and high-dose Physalis alkekengi extracts group). After 30 days intragastric administration with the same dose of drugs,the SOD activity and MDA content in the serum of rats were determined. [Result]The high fat group was significantly different from other groups in the SOD activity of rats,and from the medium and high-dose group in the MDA content of rats,which had statistical sense. [ Conclusion] Appropriate amount of Physalis alkekengi extracts could effectively enhance the antioxidant effect of rats.%[目的]探讨酸浆提取液对高脂膳食大鼠抗氧化能力的影响.[方法]取Wistar大鼠50只,随机分为5组(空白组、高脂组、酸菜提取液低剂量组、酸浆提取液中剂量组、酸浆提取液高剂量组),每组10只.取相应剂量的药物持续灌胃30d,测定大鼠血清SOD活力和MDA含量.[结果]各组大鼠SOD活力与高脂组相比差异显著,有统计学意义;中、高剂量组大鼠MDA含量与高脂组差异显著,有统计学意义.[结论]摄入适量酸浆提取液可以有效地增强大鼠机体抗氧化能力.
