失地农民就业及社会保障问题研究——基于九江庐山区的实证调研

摘要

基于对江西省九江市庐山区的实地调研,分析出经济、法律、制度、失地农民落后的文化和观念是造成失地农民陷入困境的原因,提出了解决失地农民就业及社会保障问题的建议.%Based on field investigation of Lushan District in Jiujiang City of Jiangxi Province, it concluded that backward culture and idea of economy, law, system and landless peasants were reasons of the dilemma for landless peasants, it put forward the suggestions for resolving the problems of employment and social security of landless peasants.
