青岛市低碳农村实践区建设内容研究

Selecting some typical rural areas in Qingdao as the low-carbon rural practice areas, the construction of low carbon rural practice areas were discussed from the using and developing the low-carbon energy in the rural areas, adjusting the structure of rural industries to low-carbon, developing the low-carbon agriculture, constructing the low-carbon countries and guiding the peasants to low-carbon consumption, etc.%提出在青岛市选择具有典型意义的农村地区作为低碳农村实践区,并从农村能源低碳化利用与开发,农村产业结构的低碳化调整,农业低碳化发展,乡村低碳化建设以及农民低碳化消费等方面探讨了低碳农村实践区的建设内容.
