基于GIS的青岛市滩涂资源管理系统开发实践

摘要

According to the development status and management requirements of the intertidal resources in Qingdao, the resource management system was developed by using COM GIS in the environment of Visual Basic, the paper describes in details the special, convenient, practical and complex realization method of the intertidal resource management system in Qingdao, aiming to provide electronic decision support platform for the sustainable exploitation and utilization of Qingdao intertidal resources.%根据青岛市滩涂资源开发使用现状及青岛市滩涂资源管理要求,应用GIS组件,在Visual Basic开发环境中,开发青岛市滩涂资源管理信息系统,并着重论述了青岛市滩涂资源管理系统所特有的、方便实用的、相对复杂功能的实现方法,为青岛市滩涂资源的可持续开发和利用提供电子决策支持平台.
