贵州省红枫湖水库水体富营养化与浮游植物多样性研究

         

摘要

[目的]了解红枫湖水库水质富营养现状及浮游植物多样性.[方法]于2008年8~ 10月对红枫湖水库水文、理化因子及浮游植物进行调查.采用营养盐营养状态指数TSI富营养化及浮游生物多样性评价标准评价红枫湖水库的水质和浮游植物的多样性.[结果]红枫湖水库水位变化极其明显,透明度变化与Chl.a有明显的相关性;pH偏碱性;溶解氧水平分布不均,相差值达8.7 mg/L;5次调查共记录浮游植物148种,绿藻门共86种,占总种数的58.10%;蓝藻门42种,占总种数的28.378%;硅藻门,有15种,占总种数的10.13%;此外,隐藻门2种,占总种数的1.35%;甲藻门3种,占总种数的2.02%.[结论]红枫湖水库水质已是富营养化型至重富营养化型,浮游植物多样性较低.%Hongfeng reservoier is at the upstream of the Qiantang river, Hongfeng lake appears territorial light blue algae bloom from early August to middle September in recent years, people's drinking water is being in danger, in order to know Current water quality and plankton di-versit, the characteristics of hydrology, water quality and distribution of the plankton in the veservoir were investigated from August to October. As a result: Water level changes very obviously, t is because this time is rainstorm and fall rain frequent season. Water surface layer temperature which was changed by winter presents stepwise decline ; transparency change and Chl. A had distinct relationship; pH was alkaline; even reached beyond 9. 0. Hongfeng lake reservoir water dissolved oxygen distributed differently, discrepancy reached 8. 7 mg/L; TN and TP reached eutrophication state,even heavy eutrophication state. Planktons were recorded 148 specieses through 5 times reserch,Chlorophyta had 86 specieses which took up absolute superiority and accounted for 58. 10% in total, blue algae had 42 specieses in all phytoplankton and took up 28. 378% in total, diatom had 15 specieses and took up 10.13% in total, besides this. The result showed Hongfeng lake reservoir had been eutrophication even heavy eutrophication , plankton diversity was low.
