应用60Co-γ射线辐射治疗家蚕微粒子病研究

         

摘要

[目的]探索防治家蚕微粒子病的新方法.[方法]利用60Co-y射线辐射处理微孢子虫、感病家蚕幼虫和蛹及带毒蚕卵,研究60Co-y射线辐射对家蚕和微孢子虫作用的差异及其对家蚕微粒子病的治疗效果.[结果]以20~160 Gy剂量辐射,不能杀死微粒子,不能去除感病蚕体的微孢子虫.感病家蚕幼虫体重随辐射剂量的增加而降低,感病蚕的死亡率在80Gy以上处理时有明显增加的趋势.随辐射剂量的增加,辐射处理卵的孵化率降低,孵化蚕的带毒率也有一定程度的降低,孵化蚕和未孵化蚕总的带毒率降低;20 ~ 160 Gy小剂量辐射,不能去除蚕蛹体内的微孢子虫.随辐射剂量的增加,蚕蛹羽化率、母蛾带毒率、卵带毒率和雄蛾交配能力逐步降低,但20Gy辐射处理的蛹羽化率高于对照和其他处理.[结论]低剂量60Co-γ射线辐射对家蚕卵具有一定的除毒效果.%[Objective] The research aimed to discuss the new method for preventing and controlling the pebrine. [Method] 60Co-γ ray was used to treat Nosema bombycis, infected silkworm larvae, pupae and eggs with pebrine. The differences of silkworm and N. bombycis under 60Co-γ ray irradiation and the control effects on pebrine were studied. [Result] 20 - 160 Gy 60Co-γ ray irradiation could not kill N. bombycis and /V. bombycis of infected silkworm. The larva weight of infected silkworm decreased with the increase the irradiation dose. The mortality rate of infected silkworm treated by 80 Gy irradiation had an obvious increasing trend. With the increase of radiation dose, the hatching rate of the eggs under radiation treatment decreased and the virus rate of hatched silkworm decreased to certain degree, and the total virus rate of hatched silkworm and unhatched silkworm decreased. Little dose irradiation of 20 -160 Gy could remove N. bombycis in the silkworm chrysalis. With the increase of radiation dose, the silkworm pupa emergence rate, virus rate of mother moths, virus rate of eggs and the copulation ability of male moths gradually decreased. The emergence rate of pupa treated by 20 Gy irradiation was higher than that of control and other treatments. [Conclusion] Low-dose 60Co-γ ray irradiation had certain detoxification effects on the silkworm eggs.
