农业产业化中农村互助会的现代价值思考——以贵阳市水塘村为例

摘要

从社会资本的视角,以贵阳市水塘村为研究对象,对农村互助会的组织结构、运行机制进行了分析,对农村互助会的现代价值进行了反思,并与农民专业经济合作组织进行了比较研究,提出促进农业产业化下农民合作组织持续发展的对策措施.%With the perspective of social capital, this paper analyses the organizational structure, operational mechanism of the rural rotating saving and credit associations (ROSCAs) in Shuitang Village of Guiyang City. Subsequently, the paper reevaluates the modern value of the ROSCAs and conducts a comparative research by contrasting with the fanner specialized cooperative organizations. Finally, this paper recommends specific solutions on how to promote sustainable development of farmer'cooperatives under the circumstance of agricultural industrialization.
