高压罐消解-氢化物发生原子荧光法测定花生中硒含量的研究

         

摘要

[目的]对以花生样品为代表的油脂类农产品的测定方法进行改进.[结果]采用高压罐消解-氢化物-原子荧光光谱法对花生中硒进行消解、测定.[方法]建立花生高压罐消解的最佳分析条件,确定原子荧光光谱仪的参数设置和最佳氢化反应条件.方法的检出限为0.2 μg/L,线性范围为0~100 ng/ml,相关系数γ为0.9999,回收率为96.6%~100.0%.[结论]该方法可用于油脂类含量较高的花生等农产品中硒含量的测定.%[ Objective ] The research aimed to improve the determination of selenium in agricultural products with high oil and fats content such as peanut. [ Method ] Selenium in peanut was determined by high pressure digestion-hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry.[ Result] The high pressure digestion for samples was used ,and the optimum conditions for the digestion were developed. The detection limit was 0.2 μg/L, linear range was 0 - 100 ng/ml, the correlation (r) reached 0.999 9, and the recovery of selenium was 96.6% -100.0%.[ Conclusion] The method could be applied to detect the content of selenium in agricultural products with high oil and fats content such as peanut.
