CMC/锯末复合材料热压制备工艺研究

         

摘要

[Objective] New type of the composite of carboxymethylcellulose( CMC)/sawdust was developed through the experiment in the technical condition of its preparation. [Method] The CMC composites were prepared by means of the CMC being taken as adhesive and the sawdust being taken as main raw material through the hot press molding. The hardness, tensile strength and tensile modulus of elasticity of the material were determined and the effect of the amount of adhesive-adding, the temperature and time of hot compression molding on the mechanical property was discussed. [ Result] The results showed that the hardness and tensile strength of the composite were the highest and the tensile modulus of elasticity was also very high when the composites was prepared under the condition of CMC of 40% ( mass), hot pressing temperature of 120 ℃ and hot pressing time for 10 minutes. [Conclusion] The composite of the CMC/sawdust of 20% to 50% could be prepared with the method of hot compression molding and the good composite could be produced based on the control of the amount of adhesive-adding, the temperature and time of hot compression molding.%[目的]探索制备羧甲基纤维素(CMC)/锯末复合材料的工艺条件,以开发新型的可降解复合材料.[方法]以CMC为黏结剂,锯末为主要原料,用热压成型的方法制备了CMC/锯末复合材料;测试了复合材料的硬度、拉伸强度和拉伸弹性模量等力学性能;讨论了黏接剂用量、热压温度和热压时间对复合材料力学性能的影响.[结果]黏接剂CMC含量40%,热压温度120℃,热压时间10min时,制备的CMC/锯末复合材料的硬度、拉伸强度最高,拉伸弹性模量也较大.[结论]用热压成型方法可以制备CMC含量为20%~50%的CMC/锯末复合材料;控制黏结剂含量、热压温度、热压时间等工艺参数可获得成型工艺性良好的复合材料.
