不同棉花品种对棉铃虫发育和危害的影响

         

摘要

[目的]为新疆棉花抗虫育种及害虫防治提供依据.[方法]分别采用室内饲养与室外接虫的方法,研究棉铃虫对石河子地区12个棉花主栽品种(新陆早10、12、13、21、23、28、33、36号和中棉42、ZM-1、标杂A1、新炮台1号)的危害情况.[结果]各棉花品种田间2代棉铃虫卵量为(9.2-35.7)粒/100 株;田间落卵量与棉花叶片茸毛密度并不完全呈正相关.室外网室鉴定结果表明,各棉花品种的平均蕾铃受害率为15.75%~28.50%.其中标杂A1 受害最轻,新陆早21、33、36号受害较重.室内饲养结果表明,用新陆早36 号和ZM-1饲养的棉铃虫死亡率最低,均为5%,用标杂A1 饲养的棉铃虫死亡率最高,为55%.[结论]石河子地区棉花主栽品种对棉铃虫的耐害性均不高.%[ Objective ] The aim was to provide basis for breeding for pest resistance and control of insects of cotton in Xinjiang. [ Method ] Both indoor feeding and outdoor inoculating were used to study the harm of bollworm to 12 mainly cultivated cotton varieties in Shihezi area,which were Xinluzao10 ,Xinluzao12 ,Xinluzao13, Xinhlzao21, Xinluzao23, Xinluzao28 ,Xinluzao33, Xinluzao36, Zhongnian42 ,ZM-1, BiaozaA1 and Xinpaotail.[ Result ] The egg amount of bollworrn of second generation on various cotton varieties in field was 9.2 - 35.7 eggs/100 plants and the field accumulated eggs were not completely positively related to the pappo density of cotton leaves. The results from outdoor net room identification showed that the average harmed rate of bud and boll of various cotton varieties was 15. 75% -28.50% ,among which BiaozaAl was least damaged and Xinluzao21 ,Xinluzao33 and Xinluzao36 were more seriously damaged. The results from indoor feeding showed that the mortalities of bollworm fed with Xinluzao36 and ZM-1 were lowest ,being 5%; that of bollworm fed with BiaozaAl was highest,being 55%. [ Conclusion] The harm resistance of all the mainly cultivated cotton varieties to bollworm in Shihezi area was not high.
