依据中关于农民纯收入的相关数据,选取地区生产总值x1、第一产业总产值χ2、第一产业就业人数x3和生产性大牲畜头数x4等7个指标,对影响农民人均纯收入的因素进行分析.结果表明,地区生产总值x1、第一产业总产值χ2与人均纯收入正相关,影响程度最大;非农行业总产值x5、地方财政支出x6是影响农民收入的重要因素;农民个人固定投资总额x7虽与农民收入呈正相关,但影响程度较小;第一产业就业人数x3和生产性大牲畜头数x4的回归系数为负,与农村居民家庭人均纯收入呈负相关.基于上述分析,提出了提高农民纯收入的对策建议:一是优化农村产业结构,促进第一产业发展,提高地区生产总值;二是拓宽非农经济发展渠道,吸纳农村剩余劳动力;三是加大地方财政支出,拓展"三农"发展空间.%According to the relevant data of rural residents' net income from the Hebei Statistical Yearbook 2009, the seven indicators are selected covering regional total production value x1, the total output of the primary industry x2, the number of the people employed x3 and the number of large livestock used for producing x4 and so on, to analyze the factors that affects the per capita net income of rural residents. The results show that the regional total production value x1 is in positive proportion to the total output value of the primary industry and the in fluneces are great; the total output value of the non-agricultural industry x5 and the local financial expenses x6 are the important factors that affect the income of rural residents; though the total value of rural residents' fixed investment x7 is in positive proportion to the income of rural residents, the degree is not so great; the regression coefficient of the number of people employed x3 and the number of the large livestock at the end of year x4 are negative and are in negative correlation to the net income of the rural residents. Based on the above analysis, the countermeasures on improving the income of rural residents are put forward: firstly, optimizing rura l indutrial structure, promoting the developement of the primary industry and improving the regional total output of production; secondly, widening the developemtnal channel of non-agricutlural economic developement and attracking the rural surplus laborers; thirdly, enlarging the local financial expenses and widening the developmental space of the three agricuhural issues concerning peasants, countryside and agriculture.
