浅谈“3S”技术在基本农田动态监测中的应用研究

摘要

首先分析了基本农田保护的现状,然后进一步分析基本农田保护的意义,以及运用“3S”技术在基本农田动态监测中的意义和作用,最后深入分析并举例说明遥感和GIS在基本农田动态监测中的作用,认为“3S”技术对基本农田进行动态监测,不但可为复核土地变更调查提供准确的基本农田变化图斑数据,还可为监测基本农田规模发展的状况提供资料以及决策部门提供现势性的基础信息.%This paper firstly analyzes the status of basic farmland protection, and then further analyzes the significance of basic farmland protection, and the meaning and significance of applying the 3S technology lo the dynamic monitoring of basic farmlands, finally illustrates the functions of remote sensing and GIS with examples. It is concluded that the application of 3S technology for dynamic monitoring of basic farmlands provides not only accurate farmland change data for rechecking the land changes, but also basic information for monitoring the scale development of basic farmlands and for decision-making departments.
