链霉菌Z-L-2防治根结线虫病对西葫芦产量的影响

         

摘要

[目的]探讨链霉菌Z-L-2防治根结线虫病对西葫芦产量的影响,为根结线虫病的有效防治提供理论依据.[方法]设置菌株Z-L-2发酵液稀释2倍、稀释10倍和1.8%虫螨克星稀释3 000倍3个处理以及空白对照,分别在温室西葫芦4叶期和10叶期进行灌根,测定采摘期内连续55 d的西葫芦产量.[结果]与空白对照相比,1.8%虫螨克星稀释3 000倍处理的西葫芦增产49.9%,菌株Z-L-2发酵液稀释2倍和10倍处理的西葫芦分别增产51.3%和42.9%;3个处理间差异不显著,但均与对照间存在极显著差异.[结论]链霉菌Z-L-2是一株能够用于生产的有效防治根结线虫病的生防菌.%[ Objective ] The aim was to explore effects of Streptomyces Z-L-2 controlling root-knot nematodes on the yield of pumpkin to provide theoretical basis for the effective control of root-knot disease. [ Method] Three treatments like Z-L-2 2-fold diluent, Z-L-2 10-fold diluent and 1. 8% avermectin 3000-fold diluent as well as blank control were set up. The roots of pumpkins at 4-leaf period and 10-leaf period in greenhouse were poured by above treatments, respectively. The yield of pumpkins treated by every treaments were determined for continuous 55 days in picking period. [ Result] Compared with blank control, the yields of pumpkins treated by Z-L-2 2-fold and 10-fold diluents were respectively increased by 51. 3% and 42. 9% , while the yield of pumpkins treated by 1. 8% avermectin 3000-fold diluent was increased by 49.9%. There was no significant difference in the three treatments, but the three treatments all had significant difference with blank control. [ Conclusion ] Streptomyces Z-L-2 is a biocontrol strains applied to production to control root-knot disease.
