人工湿地水质及植物重金属含量研究--以黄山屯溪湿地公园为例

         

摘要

[目的]研究黄山屯溪湿地公园水质及植物体内重金属含量,为提高人工湿地水质净化效果及植物合理布局与规划提供参考。[方法]设6个采样点,于2014年9~12月和2015年6月测定黄山屯溪湿地公园水体中总氮(TN)、总磷(TP)、硝酸盐氮(NO3--N)、氨氮(NH4+-N)含量,2014年10、11月及2015年6月测定湿地部分植物体内Cu、Cd、Zn、Pb含量,研究水质及植物重金属含量的特征,并分析植物对重金属的吸附能力。[结果]TP含量(0.080~0.221 mg/L)达到地表水环境质量(GB 3838—2002)Ⅲ类标准及以上,NH4+-N含量(0.095~1.009 mg/L)也达到了地表水环境质量标准Ⅲ类水质要求,TN含量(1.002~2.758 mg/L)偏高,属于地表水环境质量标准Ⅳ类水水质标准。湿地中不同种类植物体内Cu、Cd、Zn、Pb含量差异较大,Cu与Zn的含量最高可达24.3、157.8 mg/kg;Cd与Pb的含量最高可达到29.3、83.8 mg/kg。[结论]黄山屯溪湿地公园水质良好,就同种植物体内的重金属含量而言,其根、茎、叶中重金属含量不同,以根中含量最高。%Objective] The aim was to study water quality of Tunxi wetland park in Huangshan City , to provide reference for improving water quality purification effect of constructed wetland and rational layout of plants.[Method] Setting 6 sampling sites, content of TN, TP, NO3--N and NH4+-N in water in Tunxi wetland park was determined during Sep.-Dec.2014 and Jun.2015, Cu, Cd, Zn, Pb content in plants were determined in Oct., Nov., 2014 and Jun.2015.The water quality of constructed wetland and features of heavy metal content in plants were studied, the adsorption capacity of plants to heavy metals were analyzed.[Result] Total phosphorus (0.080-0.221 mg/L) reached the surface water environmental quality (GB 3838—2002) standards for grade III and above, ammonia nitrogen content (0.095 to 1.009 mg/L) reached the surface water environmental quality standard for class III water quality requirements, high content of total nitrogen (1.002 to 2.758 mg/L) belongs to surface water environment quality standard IV water quality standard.The differences of Cu, Cd, Zn, Pb content in various kinds of plants were significant, the content of Cu and Zn could reach up to 24.3, 157.8 mg/kg, Cd and Pb content could reach up to 29.3, 83.8 mg/kg.[Conclusion] The water quality of Tunxi wetland parkin Huangshan City is good.The heavy metal content in root, stem and leaf in the same plant is different, the highest content is in the root.
