酿酒特色食品生物技术专业人才培养模式建设与实践

         

摘要

The construction of biotechnology specialty and the target of talent training were analyzed, and its training program revision process was introduced based on extensive research and precise positioning.The characteristics of its professional personnel training were positioned as the "six in one" professional ability training system, the practice teaching system of enterprise participation, the project oriented practice teaching model with product as the carrier, and the efficient monitoring mechanism of internship.The content of construction of talent training model of liquor-making characteristic was summarized as construction of specialty characteristic curriculum system, professional teaching staff and training conditions.Finally, the implementation effect of talent training model was introduced,mainly to practice the school running posi-tion, train a batch of teachers with high quality theory and practice teaching team, so that students benefit a lot and enterprise evaluation is higher, and undertake industry, enterprise related personnel training.%分析了酿酒特色食品生物技术专业的建设情况与人才培养目标,介绍了其基于广泛调研、精准定位的培养方案修订过程,并将其专业人才培养特色定位为"六位一体"的专业能力培养体系、企业参与的实践教学体系、产品为载体的项目化实践教学模式、高效的顶岗实习监控机制.总结了酿酒特色的人才培养模式建设内容,包括专业特色课程体系构建、专业师资队伍建设、实训条件建设.最后介绍了人才培养模式实施效果,主要是践行学校办学定位,培养了一批具有高素质的理论和实践教学师资队伍,使学生受益良多,企业评价较高,承担行业、企业相关人员的培训.
