不同浓度雌二醇对淞江鲈存活和生长的影响

摘要

[Objective] To discuss the effects of different concentrations of estradiol on the survival rate and growth of Trachidermus fasciatus.[Method] The changes of survival rate,total length,body weight,and behaviors of T.fasciatus fries induced by different concentrations of estradiol were studied.[Result] At 30-day-old,the survival rate,total length of T.fasciatus in test groups had no significant difference with control group (P>0.05).At 15 day-old,the whole length of T.fasciatus in test groups had no significant difference with control group(P>0.05),which indicated that estradiol had no significant effect on the survival rate and growth of T.fasciatus.The survival rate of T.fasciatus in test groups,total length of T.fasciatus in 200 μg/L estradiol group,the body weight of T.fasciatus in 100 μg/L estradiol group were all significantly lower than control group (P0.05);15日龄,试验组淞江鲈的全长与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05),表明雌二醇在早期对淞江鲈的存活率和生长的影响不明显.各试验组淞江鲈的存活率、200 μg/L雌二醇组淞江鲈的全长和100 μg/L雌二醇组淞江鲈的体重均显著低于对照组(P<0.05).30~45、75~90日龄淞江鲈存活率的下降速度明显低于其他时期;在30~45日龄淞江鲈全长的增长速度明显快于其他阶段;60日龄后,淞江鲈体重的增长速度明显快于前期(P<0.05).雌二醇对淞江鲈的摄食几乎没有影响,对争斗和转底栖行为影响明显,对照组争斗严重,转底栖行为持续1个月;400 μg /L雌二醇组几乎没有观察到鱼的争斗现象,在15 d内就全部完成转底栖行为.[结论]研究结果可为淞江鲈单性育种奠定基础.
