丁香酚在主流烟气中的迁移率研究

     

摘要

[目的] 测定丁香酚在主流烟气中的迁移率,指导烟用香精的配制和添加用量.[方法] 通过考察捕集方式、色谱条件对丁香酚的影响,建立了通过内标法定量的方法,测定主流烟气中丁香酚占烟丝中喷洒的丁香酚的质量百分比,从而测定丁香酚精油在主流烟气中的迁移率.[结果]跟空白样品对照发现,丁香酚能通过滤棒随主流烟气溢出,其在主流烟气中的迁移率为8.23%.目标物在1~400 μg/mL的范围内呈线性关系,相关系数R2=0.999 8.以卷烟样品为分析对象,进行精密度试验,计算6次平行结果的相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.34%,在含有目标物的玻璃纤维滤片中加入低、中、高3个水平的标准溶液进行加标回收率试验,加标回收率分别为96.7%、99.8%、100.7%,说明该方法回收率较高. [结论]该研究可为烟草香精香料配制过程中精准地确定丁香酚的加注量提供参考.%[Objective] To determine mobility of engenol in mainstream smoke and guide the preparation and dosage of the essence of smoke.[Method] By investigating effects of capture mode, chromatographic conditions on engenol, through internal standard method, the proportion of engenol in mainstream smoke was determined, the mobility was also measured.[Result] Compared with the blank control, it was found that eugenol can overflow with the mainstream smoke through the filter rod;the mobility of engenol in mainstream smoke was 8.23%.The linear relationship was presented in the range of 1-400 μg/mL with correlation coefficient of R2=0.999 8.With the cigarette sample as the analysis object to conduct precision experiment, RSD of the 6 parallel results was calculated as 0.34%.Low, medium and high levels of standard solutions were added to the glass fiber filter containing the target, the recoveries were 96.7%, 99.8%, 100.7%, indicating the method has high recovery rate.[Conclusion] Research about the mobility of engenol in mainstream smoke can provide reference for accurate determining engenol dosage in preparation of the essence of smoke.
