羊肚菌种属鉴定及活性成分保健功效研究进展

摘要

Morels(Morchella spp.,Ascomycota) are a highly desired group of edible fungi with a worldwide distribution. They were appreciated for their flavour,medicinal and nutritional properties. There were extensive studies on the phylogeny,artificial cultivation and efficacy of morels in the world. We reviewed recent research progresses of species identification and health efficacy of the fungi,also discussed the potential issues remaining in the current research and application prospects.%羊肚菌是一种美味食用菌,同时也是一种珍稀药用菌.世界范围内对羊肚菌的系统发育、人工栽培及功效研究较多.从羊肚菌种属鉴定和保健功效入手,对新近的研究成果进行了综述,总结了羊肚菌研究中取得的主要成绩,并对存在的问题及应用前景进行了探讨.
