共产国际、俄共（布）对中共创建初期妇女干部队伍建设影响的历史考察和启示

摘要

共产国际和俄共（布）对中共创建初期的妇女干部队伍建设有着深刻影响。一方面，中共党内妇女工作专门机构的建立健全，党内优秀妇女干部的大量涌现，以及妇女干部选拔任用等方面工作的进步，在一定程度上是和共产国际和俄共（布）的大力推动和帮助分不开的。另一方面，这种推动和帮助也存有很大的负面作用。总体来说，共产国际和俄共（布）对中共创建初期的妇女干部队伍建设的影响具有明显两面性，需辩证看待，并加以全面分析。%Comintern and the Russian Communist Party (Bolsheviks) had a profound influence on the construction of women cadres team in the early period of the Chinese Communist Party. On the one hand,the establishment and perfection of the spe⁃cial institution for the work of women in the CPC,the emergence of outstanding women cadres in the party,and the progress of the work for the selection and appointment of women cadres are not separable from the help of Comintern and the Russian Communist Party (Bolsheviks) to some degree. On the other hand,it also has a lot of negative effect. Overally, the influence of Comintern and the Russian Communist Party (Bolsheviks) on the construction of women cadres team in the early period of the Chinese Communist Party has obvious dual nature.It should be treated dialectically and analyzed comprehensively.
