白籽南瓜砧木对薄皮甜瓜生长、产量及品质的影响

         

摘要

为了研究白籽南瓜砧木对薄皮甜瓜生长、产量及品质的影响,以‘新盛玉’自根苗为对照,用‘南砧1号’、‘壮士’等5个不同白籽南瓜砧木品种嫁接薄皮甜瓜‘新盛玉’进行田间对比试验。结果表明:白籽南瓜砧木嫁接薄皮甜瓜成活率在85.3%~90.6%,各嫁接组合植株生长势显著优于自根苗;白籽南瓜砧木嫁接组合显著降低了甜瓜枯萎病的发病率,发病率在1.8%~8.0%;各嫁接组合产量与自根苗产量差异显著,增产为5.3%~60.8%;白籽南瓜砧木嫁接组合降低了薄皮甜瓜可溶性糖含量,提高了薄皮甜瓜维生素C、粗蛋白质和粗纤维含量,果肉口感风味无明显差异。综合评价认为,白籽南瓜砧木‘南砧1号’‘、壮士’可作为薄皮甜瓜的良好砧木。%In order to research the effects of white seed pumpkin stock on growth, yield and quality of grafted muskmelon, we carried out field contrast tests. We used five different white seed pumpkin stocks (including ‘Nanzhen 1’stock,‘Zhuang Shi’stock etc.) grafting on muskmelon variety‘XinShengYu’, with own-rooted muskmelon seedlings as reference. The results showed that the survival rate of the white seed pumpkin stock on grafted muskmelon was up to 85.3%-90.6%, and the growth of the grafted combination seedlings was better than that of the own-rooted muskmelon seedlings. The incidence of Fusarium oxysporumf sp.Cucumerinum on grafted muskmelon plant was significantly reduced by 1.8%-8.0%. The grafted combinations could increase production by 5.3%-60.8%, significantly higher than the own-rooted muskmelon. The grafted muskmelon contained lower soluble sugar but higher Vitamin C,crude protein and crude fiber than the own-rooted muskmelon. According to the comprehensive evaluation,‘Nanzhen 1’stock and‘Zhuang Shi’stock could be recommended as the good rootstock for‘XinShengYu’muskmelon.
