一种简易的播种机播种监测装置

摘要

Considering the field operating conditions , we have developed a small-scale agricultural planter for a monito-ring device .When the monitoring device discovers no seeds ,gall and blockage ,it can alarm in time;Based on 555 timer to achieve main control unit part of the monitoring device , supplemented by other related logic gate constitutes signal col-lection , processing , alarm circuit etc .Logic hardware circuit is base for the monitoring device ,The circuit is simple , reli-able , low cost , it able to adapt to field work environment ,for small agricultural planter monitor provides a good comple-mentary devices ,in order to small agricultural planter features is more perfect .%依据田间作业条件，开发了一种针对小型农业播种机的监测装置。该监测装置在缺种、漏播和堵塞时能及时报警；基于555定时器实现了该监测装置的主控单元部分，辅以其它相关逻辑门电路构成了信号的采集、处理、报警等电路。该监测装置以逻辑硬件电路为主，电路简单、可靠、制造成本低，能够适应田间工作环境，为小型农业播种机提供了一个好的监测补充装置，使得小型播种机的功能更加完善。
