小方捆秸秆切碎压捆打包机的设计

摘要

In order to improve the utilization of crop straw products , the small square bales of straw chopping bale packing machine was designed .The machine adopts the single cylinder diesel engine as power , hydraulic drive , compact structure , good versatility , adaptability , and and it can be applied to corn , sorghum and other crops straw shredding bale packing operation.Test results show that:in the machine run steadily to the average density of 584.06kg/m3 , packaged into bundles rate is about 100%, the productivity is 78 bags /hour , work quality meets the design requirements; ma-chine has reasonable structural design , provide technical support for comprehensive utilization of crop straw .%为提高作物秸秆商品化利用，设计了小方捆秸秆切碎压捆打包机。该机采用单缸柴油机作为动力，液压驱动方式，结构紧凑，通用性好，适应性强，可适用于玉米、高粱等作物秸秆的切碎压捆打包作业。试验结果表明：在机器稳定运行时，捆包密度平均为584．06kg/m3，打包成捆率约为100％，生产率为78包/h，作业质量符合设计要求；机具结构设计合理，为农作物秸秆综合利用提供了技术支持。
