2 YBZ-26型电磁振动式水稻田间育秧播种机试验研究

         

摘要

Using quadratic general rotary unitized design and physical test methods, multi-factor experiments were car-ried out on 2YBZ-26 type seeder for field seedling raising of rice.The relationship of the influencing factors and seeding pass rate and seeding quantity were established respectively by regression analysis.The influence law and mechanism of the factors and their interaction were analyzed, and the respective optimization of the factors was obtained.The results showed that: the influences of power voltage, electromagnet coil current, walking speed, opening height, duty cycle of the current on seeding pass rate and seeding quantity were large.Combination of large voltage and large opening height was beneficial to improve pass rate of seeding.Optimal combination of factors was achieved under the condition that power voltage was 12.4V, electromagnet coil current was 1.78A, walking speed was 48.8mm/s, opening height was 9.7mm,and duty cycle of the current was 45%.The pass rate of seeding interval with 95%reliability was from 82.54%~100%.%采用二次通用旋转组合设计及物理试验方法对2 YBZ-26型播种机进行试验,通过回归分析建立了影响因素与播种合格率和播种量的多因素数学模型,研究了各影响因素及交互作用对播种合格率和播种量的影响规律及机理,优化了影响因素。结果表明:电源电压、电磁铁线圈电流、排种器水平移动速度、开口高度和电磁铁线圈电流的占空比对播种合格率和播种量有大的影响,大的电压和大的开口高度组合有利于提高播种合格率。因素优组合为:电压为12.4V,电流为1.78A,移动速度为48.8mm/s,开口高度为9.7mm,占空比为45%。在因素优组合的条件下,95%可信度的播种合格率区间为82.54%~100%。
