基于CAN总线的拖拉机无级变速箱故障诊断系统研究

         

摘要

基于CAN总线的无级变速箱故障诊断系统是针对农用拖拉机设计的集监测、预警及故障诊断于一身的监控系统,其以MCU微处理器为核心,主要包括CAN 总线电路、信息采集、人机交互、智能控制、报警及故障检测等模块,主要作用是完成对传感器网络节点的数据采集、分析和处理.实验表明:测试结果与农用拖拉机变速箱实际故障情况相符,能够精确检测变速箱故障,为维修人员现场和远程维修提供了便利.%This paper studied the fault diagnosis system of CVT based on CAN BUS, designed for agricultural tractors in monitoring, early warning and fault diagnosis in a monitoring system.The system used MCU microprocessor as the core, mainly included CAN bus circuit, information acquisition, human-computer interaction, intelligent control, alarm and fault detection module.The main function of these modules is to complete the data acquisition, analysis and processing of sensor network node.The experimental results showed that the test results are consistent with the actual fault of the agricultural tractor gearbox, which can accurately detect the fault of the gearbox, and provide convenience for the maintenance personnel on site and remote maintenance.
