母婴同室中新生儿安全问题分析与护理对策

摘要

目的：分析并探讨母婴同室当中新生儿的安全问题和相关的护理对策。方法选取2012年7月～2013年7月接收的578例孕产妇作为研究对象，分娩后对其母婴同室的安全问题和和相关因素做出分析，探索相关的护理对策。结果发现研究当中新生儿有59例发生安全问题，安全问题的发生率为1．02％，分析发现安全隐患主要是院内感染，也有个别的是因为呛奶窒息，低血糖和暑热综合症较少但并不排除。结论母婴同室，新生儿的安全问题是来自多个方面的，因此需要重视母婴同室新生儿安全问题的管理，在护理上面需要本着无菌操作的原则，将隔离和消毒制度严格的落实到每一个方面，要加强对新生儿的护理工作，这样才能够有效的防止新生儿安全问题的发生。%Objective Analysis and discussion of rooming -in newborn security problems and the related nursing countermeasure.Methods Our selected in July 2012 to July 2012 received 578cases of maternal as the research object , after delivery of rooming -in security issues and make a analysis and related factors , explore relevant nursing counter-measures.Results Found in this study of newborn babies with 59 cases of security problems , security problem incidence was 1.02%, the analysis found safety concerns mainly nosocomial infection , also have individual because choking cho-king milk, hypoglycemia and heat syndrome is less but does not rule out .Conclusions Rooming -in newborn safety problem is from many aspects , so you need on the management of rooming -in newborn safety problems in nursing above need to be in line with the principle of aseptic operation , the isolation and disinfection system strictly implement to every aspect , to strengthen the nursing of newborn babies , such ability can effectively prevent the occurrence of neonatal secur -ity issues.
