Objective To explore function and effect of Roukou Wuwei Wan to treatment chronic nonspecific colitis.Methods 127 example patients with was diagnosed as chronic nonspecific colitis, they been stochastic assigned to study group and control group, study was treatment by Roukou Wuwei Wan, control group was treatment by sulfasalazine, score by Southerland disease activity indexn score sheet, to assessment before treatment of the two group,and after treat-ment 4 week of the two group, compare the score result and the rate of cure and improve, follow-up the palindromia af-ter 3 months.Results Difference not significant of Southerland disease activity indexn score sheet between the two groups of before treatment (t=0.487,P>0.05), and score lower of the two groups after treatment than before treatment (t=14.37,12.59,P<0.01),score lower of after treatment in study group than in control group (t=2.458,P<0.05), cure rate and rate of cure with significant progress higher in study than in control group (χ2 =9.515,P<0.01), recur-rence rate lower in study than in control group (χ2 =8.69,P<0.01).Conclusions According to“wet stagnation lower energizer”theory of Chinese medicine,use Roukou Wuwei Wan the efficacy of “aromatic to drive out the wet” and the effect of regulating qi to alleviate pain to treatment chronic nonspecific colitis, have convenient to use, short of course of treatment, better efficacy, lower of recurrence rate, worthy popularize to use.%目的：探索肉蔻五味丸在慢性非特异性结肠炎治疗中的作用和效果。方法将127例诊断为慢性非特异性结肠炎的患者随机分成研究组和对照组，研究组采用肉蔻五味丸治疗，对照组采用传统的柳氮磺吡啶治疗，两组治疗前和治疗4周后采用Southerland疾病活动指数评分表进行评分，比较评分结果和痊愈好转率，并于3个月后随访追踪复发情况。结果两组治疗前Southerland疾病活动指数评分差异无统计学意义（t＝0.487，P＞0.05），治疗后评分分别低于治疗前（t＝14.37，12.59，P＜0.01），研究组治疗后评分低于对照组（t＝2.458，P＜0.05），研究组痊愈率和痊愈＋显著进步率高于对照组、无效率低于对照组（χ2＝9.515，P＜0.01），研究组复发率28.13％低于对照组复发率47.6％（χ2＝8.69，P＜0.01）。结论依据“湿阻下焦”的中医理论，采用肉蔻五味丸“芳香化湿”之功效及理气止痛作用治疗慢性非特异性结肠炎，具有使用方便、疗程短，疗效较好，复发率较低的特点，值得推广应用。
