Comparison of Efficacy Between Acupuncture and Drug Treatment of Chronic Gastritis

摘要

为观察针刺治疗慢性胃炎的效果,对50例慢性胃炎患者进行针刺治疗,并设药物对照组50例.观察两组总疗效及每1疗程的治疗效果.针刺组总有效率98.0%,药物组总有效率88.0%,两组疗效比较有显著性差异(P<0.01).治疗第1、2疗程后疗效差异有非常显著性(P<0.01),第3疗程疗效差异有显著性(P<0.05).%To observe the curative effect of acupuncture treatment for chronic gastritis, 50patients with chronic gastritis were treated by acupuncture and another 50 patients as control treated by drugs; the curative effects of total and every therapeutic course were respectively compared between two groups. The total effective rate was 98.0% in acupuncture group and 88.0% in control group, suggesting a significant difference (P<0.01) between two groups, the comparison among 3 courses showed that there was a significant difference, P<0.01, for first,second course and P<0.05 for third course between two groups.
