Objective To detect the expression of macrophage migration inhibitory factor (MIF) in human colon carcinoma cell line LoVo, and investigate the possible significance. Methods Real-time quantitative PCR and Western blotting were utilized to detect the expression levels of MIF mRNA and protein in LoVo cells and Fetal colon cell line (FHC) cells. Results As compared with FHC group, the expression levels of MIF mRNA and protein in LoVo group were increased significantly. Conclusion There is a possible relationship between the high expression of MIF in colon carcinoma cells and the development of colon carcinoma.%目的 检测巨噬细胞迁移抑制因子(MIF)在人大肠癌细胞LoVo中的表达,探讨其可能的意义.方法 采用实时荧光定量PCR及Western blot技术检测MIF mRNA及蛋白在人大肠癌细胞LoVo及人大肠上皮细胞FHC中的表达.结果 与FHC组相比,LoVo组中MIF在mRNA及蛋白水平的表达均显著升高.结论 MIF在大肠癌细胞中的高表达可能与其发生发展有一定的联系.
