单分散氟化锶纳米晶粒的可控制备及表征

         

摘要

利用LSS( Liquid-Solid-Solution)方法,通过改变反应时间和反应物的浓度,制备了多种尺寸、形貌均一的单分散SrF2纳米晶粒。分别利用X射线衍射技术( XRD)和透射电子显微镜( TEM)对制备的纳米晶粒进行结构和形貌的表征,并对氟化锶纳米晶粒的调控合成及其机理进行探讨。%The strontium fluoride nanocrystals with different size were successfully synthesized by a facile hydrothermal process. The SrF2 nanocrystals with a controllable size were prepared by modulating the time and concentration of the monomers. The morphology and structure of sample were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD)and transmission electron microscopy(TEM). In this thesis,emphasis was laid on the investigation of controlled synthesis of strontium fluoride nanocrystals and their thermodynamical mechanism.
