顶发射白光有机电致发光器件概述

         

摘要

顶发射白光有机电致发光器件(TEWOLED)为大屏幕显示及微显示提供了巨大的机遇,具有低功耗的特点.然而,由于微腔效应的存在,使得TEWOLED的制备面临诸多挑战.本文阐述了利用有机小分子制作的白光顶发射器件的工作原理,介绍了当前WTEOLEDs的制备方法及其性能.TEWOLED 器件性能的改善需要从材料及器件结构设计两方面考虑.对于器件结构,主要为两个方向:第一为利用高透过率的顶电极来减弱微腔效应,从而实现自光发射的目的;另外一种方式是利用微腔效应,通过对电极的光学设计,实现多模共振发射,从而实现自光发射的目的.另外,着重介绍利用多模微腔的方式制备TEWOLED的方法.%Top-emitting white organic light-emitting devices (TEWOLEDs) offer new design opportunities in large-size screens and microdisplays, and could play a significant role in reducing global energy consumption.Obtaining white light from top-emitting organic light-emitting devices (OLEDs) is a considerable challenge due to the microcavity effect in the devices.In this paper,the mechanisms of fabrication of white light emitting devices with small molecular materials,the device architecture and performance of TEWOLEDs were introduced.The improvements of device performance required joint research efforts in the materials sciences and device structure.For the device,two schemes were proposed.One was using highly transparent top electrode to alleviate the microcavity effect and the other was designing suitable electrode to obtain multimode microcavity and fabricate TEWOLEDs with strong microcavity effect.Here,an emphatical introduction to the microcavity TEWOLEDs was also given.
