Objective To explore the effect of tracheotomy for the surgical treatment of oral and maxillofacial malignant tumors. Method 86 cases of oral and maxillofacial malignant tumor were analyzed. They were randomly divided into tracheotomy group and observation group. Those without tracheotomy were set as control group, 43 cases in each group. Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was 4. 64％, and the complication rate in the control group was 20. 93％. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0. 05). Conclusion Tracheostomy for patients with oral and facial malignant tumors can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, ensure the curative effect and promote the recovery of patients, so it has the value of popularization.%目的:探讨气管切开术应用于口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤手术治疗的效果.方法:选取86例口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤患者进行分析, 将其随机分组, 给予气管切开术治疗者设定为观察组, 未给予气管切开术治疗者设定为对照组, 每组43例患者.结果:观察组患者的并发症发生率为4.64％, 对照组患者的并发症发生率为20.93％, 数据差异有显著统计学意义 (P<0.05) .结论:临床对口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤患者实施气管切开术治疗, 可有效减低术后并发症发生率, 保证疗效, 促进患者的恢复, 故有临床推广价值.
