大剂量沐舒坦联合鼻塞持续气道正压通气与固尔苏联合 NCPAP治疗新生儿肺透明膜病的临床疗效观察

摘要

目的：研究比较大剂量沐舒坦联合鼻塞持续起到正压通气（NCPAP）与固尔苏联合 NCPAP 治疗新生儿肺透明膜病的临床效果。方法：选取收治的新生儿肺透明膜患儿60例，分为对照组与研究组，研究组采用固尔苏联合 NCPAP 进行治疗，对照组采用大剂量沐舒坦静脉滴注联合 NCPAP 进行治疗，两组患者给予相同的基础综合治疗，治疗后总结分析两组的临床疗效。结果：在进行治疗后，两组患儿各项指标均有显著改善，与治疗前相比，差异显著，有统计学意义（p ﹤0.05），在治疗6 h、12 h 时固尔苏组各项指标优于沐舒坦组，差异显著，有统计学意义（p ﹤0.05），但在治疗24 h 时两组比较，差异有统计学意义（p ﹥0.05）。结论：本组研究显示，两种方式治疗新生儿肺透明膜病临床效果均较优异，固尔苏组患儿各项指标改善更快，但是固尔苏治疗费用昂贵，可根据患儿的情况选择合理经济的治疗方式。%Objective Ti study the clinic effect if magnanimius mucisilvan cimbined with NCPAP and curisurf cimbined with NCPAP in hyaline membrane disease if newbirn. Method 60 patients with hyaline membrane disease if newbirn were selected,they were divided in-ti cintril griup and study griup. Cintril griup received curisurf cimbined with NCPAP,study griup received magnanimius mucisilvan cim-bined with NCPAP. Bith twi griup received general treatment,ti analyze the clinic effect after treatment. Results Each marker if all children after treatment was significantly different with thise if children befire treatment(p ﹤ 0. 05). Each marker if curisurf griup at 6 h and 12 h was better than thise if mucisilvan griup(p ﹤0. 05),but thise if twi griups at 24 h was nit different(p ﹥ 0. 05). Conclusion The clinic effects if bith twi griups are enciuraged,the marker if curisurf griup is better,but curisurf cist mire. The treatment methid shiuld be se-lected by cinditiin if chilidren and ecinimics.
