产前血浆D-二聚体水平与产后出血的相关性

摘要

Objective To study the correlation between plasma D-dimer levelsof prenatalandpostpartum hemorrhage. Method The clini-cal diagnosis of 68 cases of maternal postpartum hemorrhage as postpartum hemorrhage gorup,compared with no maternal complications pro-duced 103 cases of normal production group, two groups in the prenatal plasma D - dimer levels were com-pared. Results Prenatalpostpartumhemorrhageplasma D-dimerpositive rate was significantlyhigher,than normal productiongroup,the differ-encewas statistically significant( P<0. 01). Conclusion PrenatalplasmaD-dimer levels are associated with postpartum hemorrhage.%目的：研究产前血浆D-二聚体水平与产后出血的相关性。方法：选取临床诊断为产后出血的产妇68例为产后出血组，同期无产并发症的产妇103例为正常生产组，两组在产前检测血浆D-二聚体水平并进行比较。结果：产后出血组产前血浆D-二聚体阳性率显著高，与正常生产组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。结论：产前血浆D-二聚体水平与产后出血有相关性。
