磷酸钠盐口服溶液和甘露醇洗肠的对比观察

摘要

目的：比较磷酸钠盐口服溶液洗肠法和甘露醇溶液洗肠法在肠镜诊疗前的应用价值。方法：选择接受肠镜诊疗的300例患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组150例。观察组采用磷酸钠盐口服液洗肠，对照组采用20‰甘露醇溶液洗肠，比较两组患者的耐受程度及肠道清洁度。结果：观察组的耐受程度和肠道清洁度均显著高于对照组，两组比较具有统计学意义。结论：磷酸钠盐口服液在肠镜诊疗前的肠道准备效果较好，患者耐受程度好，值得临床推广。%Objective Compare the applications value with sodium and mannitol before colonoscopy clinics. Methods Three hundreds pa-tients that accepted colonoscopy in the period from January 2013 to January 2014 in my hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group are 150 patients,observation group clean the gut with sodium solution,control group clean the gut with sodium mannitol,compare the tolerance and intestinal cleanliness. Results The observation group was significantly higher that control group in the all of tolerance and intestinal cleanliness,the comparison has statistical significance. Conclusion The Colon hydrotherapy with sodium before colonoscopy clinics are excellent,Patients tolerated,Worthy of clinical.
